How do I know? Because She is me. I survived it. It took me years of help, of love, of stress, of moving on and falling again, of diets, of exercises, of treatment, of talking out my feelings, of special shampoo so my hair would grow again, of vitamins and supplements and shakes, of getting my body so scared of losing body fat again that it doesnt want to, of migranes and low blood sugar and anxiety attacks.
Dont want this. NEVER want this. I impore you to listen to people when we tell you to EAT FOOD, to TRAIN SMARTER NOT HARDER, to stop trying to burn 1000’s of calories a day. We’re telling you because you are out of control and you dont even realize it.
PREVENTION IS BETTER THEN CURE.
THIS says it all. Listen to this. Read this. Reblog it. Pass it on. And take this advice and think about how you are trying to lose weight. Eat. Lift. Sleep. Enjoy life and stop fretting over the scales, the calories and what you see in the mirror. Most of the time its just what you THINK your seeing.
Open your eyes to the real world. Step out. Make a future thats full of confidence, happiness and most of all…peace of mind..let your mind worry less cause honestly the only opinion that matters is yours.
No one elses.
